These services and inspections will be completed for $34.99 (plus our standard trip charge) on each appliance and will help to extend the life of your appliance. Take advantage of our $99 special, which gets you preventative maintenace on any three appliances with no additional trip charges. Additional parts and labor may be required and will receive a 10% discount from this promotion. 
 

Refrigerator

  • Condenser coils – clean and inspect       
  • Doors & Seals– verify operation
  • Condenser fan – verify operation
  • Evaporator fan – verify operation
  • Bottom of freezer – check for water from drain
  • Operating thermostat – verify operation
  • Ice Maker – verify operation (those equipped)
  • Dispenser – verify operation (those equipped)
  • Defrost system – verify operation
  • Interior lighting – visual inspection
  • Water filter – check status

Top Load washer

  • Water valves – verify operation
  • Agitator – verify operation (split models)
  • Lid switch – verify operation
  • Brake operation – verify operation (those equipped)
  • Re-level rear legs
  • Water hoses –  inspect
